Description

Football Tennis is a fun and exciting game that requires teamwork, coordination, and strategic thinking. By playing this game, you'll experience the power of cooperation and learn how to work together to achieve a common goal. Let's have fun and build a stronger sense of community!

Court Setup:

  • Divide a suitable playing area into two equal halves using a net or a line on the ground.

  • Place a tennis net or a similar barrier in the middle to separate the two teams.

  1. Team Formation:

    • Divide players into two teams of equal size.

  2. Play:

    • Teams alternate serving the ball.

    • Players can use any part of their body to hit the ball, except for their hands.

    • The objective is to keep the ball in play and prevent it from hitting the ground on your side.

    • The team that lets the ball hit the ground loses the point.

  3. Scoring:

    • Traditional tennis scoring can be used, or a simplified scoring system can be implemented, such as first to 10 points.

  4. Strategic Play:

    • Encourage players to use different techniques, such as lobs, smashes, and drop shots, to outsmart their opponents.

    • Emphasize the importance of communication and coordination between teammates.

Integrating Global Goals:

Goal-based rewards: Implement a system where teams can earn bonus points by stating a Global Goal and how they plan to promote it in their community.

Water break discussions: Use water breaks as opportunities for players to discuss and share their ideas for promoting the Global Goals.

Small-sided games: Encourage players to form smaller teams for easier communication and engagement.

Additional Tips:

Variety is key: Offer a variety of game formats and challenges to keep players engaged.
